Our approach
Helping people return to and remain at work following a brain injury at the right time and with the right clinically led support.
We work with people at all stages of their rehabilitation, whether they’re just beginning to think about returning to work, facing barriers with their current role or considering new paid or unpaid work or study.
How can we help?
Every person’s work situation is different which is why we offer a bespoke service tailored to the needs of each individual client including:
Vocational assessment
to identify the needs and abilities of the individual client
Job demands and skills matching
Analysis of the job demands and in relation to the skills and abilities of the client
Liaison with employers and educational providers
Worksite assessment and job analysis
Bespoke job retention and ‘return to work’ interventions
Graded ‘return to work’ plans and recommendations
Support for those seeking new paid or voluntary work
Individualised support for emotional needs and adjustments
We offer a collaborative, interdisciplinary team service from highly skilled neuro specialist occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists and psychologists to support a client achieve their vocational goals.
Some clients may require only a single discipline, such as occupational therapy. In such cases, we offer unidisciplinary assessment and intervention as needed.
How can I make a referral?
We welcome referrals from case managers, employers, legal teams, and private individuals. We are always happy to discuss a referral. Get in touch and one of our team will be happy to assist you
Locations we cover
Here are the areas where we can see clients in their homes
We currently work in Surrey, London and some other areas in the South East. We charge for the travel time associated with each visit to see a client. Travel is typically charged at 75% of the standard hourly rates. This is based on the projected drive time for the return journey between the therapist’s home and the location in which they are seeing the client. Wherever possible we will allocate therapists who are based nearest to the client’s home.
Where appropriate we can also arrange to see clients in rooms near our therapists, thereby reducing travel costs.
